1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vizkraft AI platform and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vizkraft is an AI-powered data analytics platform that enables users to connect data sources, query data using natural language, and generate interactive visualizations and dashboards. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, integrations, and related documentation.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Vizkraft offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We may suspend access for overdue payments after a 7-day grace period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant Vizkraft a limited license to access your connected data sources solely for the purpose of executing queries and generating visualizations as directed by you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Vizkraft AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizkraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA terms as outlined in their service agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
